Fotografia e Alienação

Talk May 28th — Cloisters of City Museum Amadeo Souza-Cardoso

Photography has power or the power of photography. In this case, we focus on social networks, the importance of images, and the alienation of images in young people. The conversation will revolve around the (in)ability to distinguish the quality of the image, its veracity, fake news, the distortion of reality, and, of course, the famous algorithms. After all, are we all photographers or is nobody a photographer? Is technique important? Let’s talk to democratize these and other questions.
